Although this is a “static” institutional website, which means it does not generally involve interaction with users and therefore does not collect or process personal data, to carry out some initiatives, it may be necessary to request it from users.

IN FLIGHT SOLUTIONS – ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE S.A., legal entity no. 513395172, is the proprietary of this website, therefore responsible for the processing of the users’ personal data provided here.

The users

The “user” is the person who browses this website, on any of its pages or sections. From the moment the user has access to the navigation, they establish a relationship in which they accept the terms and conditions, as well as the policies exposed herein.

We do not knowingly collect any personal data from minors without the free, unambiguous, prior, explicit, positive consent of a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians may have the right, upon request, to view the information provided by the child and to have it deleted. In addition, all minors must obtain the prior consent of their parents or guardians before using or sharing any personal data on this website. In Flight Solutions – Engineering & Maintenance S.A. has no way to effectively check the age of users and is therefore exempt from any liability if the user does not comply with the information stated here.

Applicable principles to the collection and processing of users’ personal data

In processing the personal data of our users, we will apply the following principles:

  1. Principle of lawfulness, fairness and transparency: we will always inform users about the collection of their personal data, the reason for such collection and the purposes for which the data will be used, always acting within legal limits.

  3. The principle of the limitation of the conservation period: the data will be kept only for the necessary time for the purposes of the processing. IN FLIGHT SOLUTIONS – ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE S.A. will inform you of the corresponding conservation period and, in the case of subscriptions, will periodically update its lists.

Users’ rights

How personal user data is collected and for which purposes

When a user enters the website, sends an e-mail to the owner, makes a subscription or a contract, they provide personal information for which we are responsible. This information may include personal data such as your IP address, name, physical address, e-mail address, phone number and other information.

On the website there are different systems for collecting personal data and each system has a purpose:

  1. Contact form: We request the following personal data: Name, E-mail and telephone number. This data may be used to answer questions, complaints, comments or concerns regarding the information included on the website or regarding the services provided, the processing of personal data, as well as any other questions that the user may have and that are not subject to the conditions of a contract. The data that the user provides will be located on the server where the website is stored.

Failure to provide the minimum personal data required will make it impossible for IN FLIGHT SOLUTIONS – ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE S.A. to respond to the request. This processing will be considered legitimate because it is part of a pre-contractual diligence and, as such, does not depend on the user’s consent.

  1. Subscription form: We request the following personal data: Name and E-mail, to manage the subscription list, send newsletters, promotions and special offers, ours or from third parties. The data is provided by the user when making the subscription, by providing your consent, through various forms to activate the subscription that exist throughout the website. IN FLIGHT SOLUTIONS – ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE S.A. will ask users for their express and prior consent when providing the minimum data necessary to send advertising and commercial information related to the services and/or products offered on the website, so that they may be aggregated in an automated email marketing file managed by the data controller indicated below. The processing of personal data found in this section is done with the consent of the data subject. Newsletters are managed by an email marketing manager, detailed in the subcontractors.
  2. Hiring form: We request the following personal information: name, NIF, e-mail, phone contact and address, to request any of the services or products offered on the website. The information collected will allow the processing of the request made by the user and billing. The data will be located on the servers where the website is stored. The legitimate processing of personal data is justified by the underlying contractual relationship with the customer or user.
  3. Affiliation registration form: To register for the affiliation program, the user must register using this form subject to the specific contractual conditions of the affiliation program, where they will indicate the products and/or services required and contact data. In this case, we request the following personal information: name, e-mail, and website. The data you provide will be located on the servers where the website is stored. Depending on the tool used, there may be a third party with whom it is necessary to share the data, in which case the user will always be informed, a priori, of this situation and of the tools that will be used. This processing has as a legal basis the fulfillment of a contract.

There are other purposes for which we process personal data:

  1. Ensure compliance with the conditions of use and applicable law.
  2. To support and improve the services offered on the website, subject to users’ consent.

User reviews and opinions

IN FLIGHT SOLUTIONS – ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE S.A. may select and publish statements and comments from clients or users, which may contain personal data, and once published will be visible to other users. Data Security and Confidentiality

IN FLIGHT SOLUTIONS – ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE S.A. is committed to the use and processing of personal data provided by users, respecting their confidentiality and use in accordance with the processing purposes, as well as to comply with its obligation to keep them and adopt all measures to prevent alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, in accordance with the provisions of the RGPD.

The website includes an SSL certificate, i.e. a security protocol that causes data to travel in a fully secure manner, that ensures that the transmission of data between a server and the website user and in feedback is fully encrypted.

IN FLIGHT SOLUTIONS – ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE S.A. cannot guarantee the absolute invulnerability of the Internet network and therefore the violation of data through fraudulent access by third parties.

As for the confidentiality of processing, IN FLIGHT SOLUTIONS – ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE S.A. will ensure that any person authorized by it to process the users’ data (including its employees and suppliers) will be under an appropriate obligation of confidentiality.
